• Country, application number and filing date of the original foreign application from which priority is claimed (if convention priority is claimed); 
• International filing number and filing date (in case of PCT applications). 

Documents

• English version of specification consisting of the title, description, claims and abstract; 
• Drawings (if any); 
• Certified copy(es) of the priority document(s) (in case convention priority is claimed) and English translation(s) thereof (if the language of priority document(s) is other than English);
• A Notarized Power of Attorney (Word file) (PDF file) from applicant;
• A Notarized Deed of Assignment (if the applicant and the inventor are not the same); 
• Copy of a Search Report, which is issued by any patent examination body in a foreign country or by a relevant International Searching Authority and may be under the consideration of the Registration Unit (if available). 
  
  Note: In case a Search Report is not attached with the application, the Registration Unit will coordinate with any patent examination body in a foreign country or any relevant International Searching Authority to conduct the search, but the entire expenditure will be covered by the applicant;
